home cleaning service

Hiring a professional company to clean your home can save you a lot of time and hassle, and allow you to relax.

If you want to get the most out of your professional cleaning service visit, here are some tips from CleanBee.

Following these simple tips ensures that when your cleaner arrives they can get right to work and do a magnificent job for you!

1. First time? Make sure your cleaner can get in. If this is your first time using a cleaning service or If you will be away during your cleaning, please make sure that your cleaner has access to your home by providing an entry key/code or instructions on how to enter premise.

2. Pick up things laying around or any clutter .

Decluttering all surfaces and putting your belongings away will help you to get the best possible clean. Anything that is temporarily out of place, or things on the floor like dirty clothes or toys are a few examples. General pick-up is not included in a home cleaning service. Due to liability issues majority of cleaning companies can not clean cluttered areas. Although it’s important to declutter your home before your cleaner arrives, do not spend any time cleaning! Leave that part to your cleaning service.

3. Place your pets in a secure spot.

Some pets don't handle strangers well, it is advise to secure them in a room/crate prior to your cleaners arrival. Some pets are very friendly, however they may interrupt the cleaners pace and may walk over wet surfaces. If pets are out we cannot guarantee they won't shed or walk on already cleaned areas.

4. Leave linens out

If changing sheets is included in your customized cleaning, please remember to leave clean sheets on top of the bed. Making the beds is one of the first tasks your cleaner does when they go in to your home. This allows dust to settle when it comes time to dust your home.

5. Wash dishes.

This allows your cleaner to focus on deeper chores that don't get done on a daily basis. It also reduces the risk of breakage because your cleaner won't have to move dishes to clean under them. Due to high risk of breakage most cleaning companies do not offer dishwashing.

6. Communication is key.

If this is your first time with your new cleaning company or cleaner, please let them know ahead of time if you have any specific instructions. Remember to provide feedback as needed to your cleaning service. This helps to keep track of how they are doing and ensures they provide you the best service possible.

Following these simple steps allows your cleaning service to work efficiently and provide the best clean possible.
